Such a cynical look at Land of the Dead. I don't agree with lots of it, but it was still interesting to hear your take on things.
Also, I believe Romero stated somewhere that Savini didn't do the effects because he's retired from that area of work. I do agree that the effects would have been better if he was involved and there was little or no CGI, but I'm still satistfied with what was done.
I hope you figure out what's unsettling about the film for you, and I hope you grow to love it more over time.
